Sara Morton
Salon Manager
Sara Morton is Chilli Couture’s Salon Manager; HR Manager and Media and Marketing Manager. Yep, that’s right she does all of that and more! Sara was born in South Africa and moved ‘Downunder’ 10 years ago to provide a better life for her children to grow up in a safe country.
Sara brings a different aspect to the management of the Chilli Team as she does not come from a hairdressing background, yet brings a wealth of experience from her long and varied career in hospitality and Transformational Coaching.
Her past experience has seen her train in Switzerland in Hospitality and Tourism, also being the owner of a health food store and working as a chef managing two kitchens. Sara also has spent several years as a Transformational Coach, a Transformational Education Office Manager and as a trainer for support teams in leadership and coaching programs here in Perth and elsewhere in Australia. Sara also has extensive training in conflict resolution and mediation.
As your Hostess here at Chilli Couture, Sara is your first and often your most important contact as she will work with you to book you into your perfect stylist and ensure you have only the best experience you could have here at the place of Pure Hair Indulgence!
Sara is a proud mum to three beautiful children and is an avid potter and a creative artist. Chilli Couture is super proud and lucky to her on our team.
