The weave is one technique of hair extensions that is stitched onto pre-braided side cornrows. The hair comes in longs strips that is cut and measured to each individual head size. Then attached by stitching special thread onto the braided row.

1 to 2 bags of hair are used for a full head and can be matched to your natural hair. The weave is becoming one of the most popular styles of hair extension as it allows shorter hair to grow.

Chilli Couture supply the following hair types for weaves:

* Brazilian hair extensions- Virgin Natural Brazilian human hair is extremely strong – it comes naturally straight, wavy or curly. The waviness can be easily turned into curly with correct styling. It is excellent for people from African ancestry, as it looks very natural, yet manageable. Our Natural Brazilian human hair is 100% virgin hair. This hair is like gold (more expensive) than Indian hair, or Chinese hair.

*Indian Hair extensions- The most popular human hair on the market. Indian human hair is probably the most loved and most used hair out there not only because of its versatility but because it is simply beautiful, soft with a natural lustre that is unmatched. Most hair extensions and wigs on the market are based on Indian hair.

*Malaysian Hair extensions- This hair is light, silky and easy to manage. It comes in natural straight or gentle wave textures and usually comes in dark shades. It comes with cuticles intact and in the same direction, so there is virtually no tangling or matting.

You will require approximately:

¼ head (1-2 weaves)	You will need 1 bag of hair to give you slight volume
½ head (3-4 weaves)	You will need 1 – 2 bags of hair to give you the volume
Full Head weave (5-8 weaves)	You will need 2 bags of hair to give volume
