About The Owners

 Emmanuelle Torres has over 13 years experience as a stylist/colourist. Her expertise in all types of hair extensions has created a large following of hair extension clientele, traveling from all over Australia. Emmanuelle  has studied and completed specialist training in almost all hair extension techniques such as weave extensions, fusion/bond extensions, hair tape & micro- link extensions.

She also brings with her a unique specialisation with afro and curly hair cutting & styling.

Having also completed her beauty therapy diploma Emmanuelle is also a specialist in eyelash extensions creating gorgeous lashes for all her clients.

Emmanuelle won the West Australian Small Business Award and the Young Entrepreneur Award, both in 2007.

Then in 2010 she won the Small Business Award, Judges Award. Emmanuelle is an IHS competition judge and has also won numerous IHS competition awards and has been featured in documentaries both on channel 9 and aired independently which feature her success and business acumen and her positive standing within the community.

 

 

Rachel Walker has 24 years as a colourist/stylist, is an International Level competition Judge, a International Platform Educator and spent 12 years as the West Australian Sebastian Design Artist; a coveted position which saw her travelling throughout Australia and the Asia/Pacific Region teaching to both her peers in the education industry as well as presenting cutting and styling collections to the hairdressing industry.

Rachel’s salon work is of an impeccable standard boasting an extensive and loyal clientele. She also produces photographic, catwalk and session styling for the Perth fashion scene regularly throughout the year as well as being the Artistic Director for all salon creative work. She develops and implements training programs for both apprentices and senior stylists within the salon and also runs a team development program within the salon.

Rachel also holds her Diploma of Life Coaching and Business Coaching specialising in’ Coaching Through Change’ and ‘Coaching for Leaders & Business Owners’. Her coaching experience gives Rachel an ability to communicate effectively to all clients, and although Rachel rarely takes on new clients due to her already extensive clientele, she is available to all new clients for consultation and complete hair styling and design, prior to their service with one of Chilli Couture’s excellent senior stylists.
